"Hey!! How are you guyssssssss?? I've been missing all of you guys!! I know y'all haven't seen or heard from me!! Would you like to know why?? I TWISTED MY ANKLE!!! It was pretty bad!! But I've been home getting spoiled by my family and also getting the best rehab for my ankle. It's amazing what we take for granted. We need every limb and ligament in our bodies to do the smallest things. I was tripping out at hard it is just to do baby squats. But it's cool.......I'll be back in my stilettos in a minute. Right now I've been able to wear some fresh, dope sneakers.
If there are some sneakers I need to grab....let me know which ones!!
Anyhoo.......I will try to get my kyte phone up and running and will do some live footage of me getting physical therapy today. NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!
Somebody did this to me bcuz they knew if i was 100%, I'd be killin 'em!!!!! It's always something or somebody tryna hold me down!!! LOL!!!!!!!!

the United Negro College Fund -- finalized its lineup of presenters and performers scheduled to appear on its 30th anniversary annual television special, "An Evening of Stars Tribute to Patti LaBelle." Super Station WGN's Merri Dee, Vivica A. Fox, "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent Kevin Frazier, Tom Joyner, BET Chairman and CEO Debra Lee, LisaRaye McCoy, Duane Martin, Mo'Nique, Shemar Moore, Holly Robinson Peete, "Access Hollywood's" Shaun Robinson, Dr. Ian Smith of VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club," Raven-Symoné and Essence Cares founder Susan Taylor are among those slated to appear when the annual UNCF celebration of educational excellence is taped Sept. 13 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. The show will air in January as a syndicated fund-raiser.

I was thinking about EVERYTHING! Columbia said they need more time to be sure of success that the album will! I ask that you trust and always think positive.
I will continue doing my part to the success of my album! I have a great album and I am confident that he will be one of the best of the year!

"The album in the US was just moved to October 7th. We are now going to work two new singles - "Hello Heartbreak" at Dance Radio to follow up the number one “We Break The Dawn” and “The Greatest” at all other formats. We are adding more TV for August and September so that Michelle can come out with a big bang and knock’em dead. We are going to have special promotion where folks can get the album early in late August. Stay tuned for details."
