Michelle Williams was nominated in the awards' 18th NAACP Theatre Awards 08 "in the category Lead Female by its role in musical 'The Color Purple' interpreting the Shug Avery.
The delivery of the awards ceremony will be held in June on 30 in the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles.
