A "reporter" visited a forum secret of Destiny's Child with the following proposal: "Send a message to Beyoncé, I command for it."
He would interview with Beyoncé, but as she was on vacation did not make it to the interview and now he's launching this project, so it collects messages from fans for delivery to the Bee and her team.
