The sister of Beyoncé Knowles, Solange, was hospitalized at the end of weeks after breaking the foot at the beginning of the show of their tour by the United States.
The singer was in the city of Kansas, Missouri, on the last Sunday (01/jun/08) to show the tracks of his new album Sun-Angel, when the accident occurred.
A representative for Knowles, 21, said in a statement: "When Solange entered the state in Kansas, a large piece of metal fell from the door and go on top of his foot that was broken.
